Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping at our standard $15.00 fee is available to Perth metro areas within 25km from the Perth CBD. Incases where delivery is required outside this area, extra charges will apply, in which case we shall be in contact with you.
Payment is required prior to shipping.
Some suburbs have specified cut off times for same day delivery. Please ensure enough notice is given to avoid dissapointment.
At Balshaw's Florist we quarentee our products and their lasting quality for at least 24 hours. Should your product fail this, please contact us immediatley for return or exchange arrangments to be made.
Substitution of flower variety may occur in cases where quality and availablity are compromised due to seasonal conditions, however the overall look of the design will remain the same.
